The Safeguarding Framework Induction is a compulsory training requirement for new SCI Staff, and successful completion of this course is necessary during the probationary period. 

This training will cover essential topics within the Safeguarding Framework, encompassing:

1. Code of Conduct

2. Anti-Harassment, Bullying and Intimidation Policies

3. Child Safeguarding Guidelines (CSG)

4. Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Policy

5. Anti-Human Trafficking Policies
